Manage My Team
Here you can manage the team members in your organization that can request support for your company’s website.
By creating your team, multiple employees from within your company will be able to open, view and manage tickets related to your organization.
Please Create a Company Profile and add multiple users to it, each of whom can have their own independent login to the support ticket system. All users associated with your company will be able to view tickets and certain users you specify will be able to open, reply-to and close tickets.
Permissions can be set for each user to:
- Add tickets
- Close tickets
- Reply to tickets
- Manage the company profile
Changes to key values in the company are logged and shown on the screen, in particular, when users are added or removed and when permissions are updated.
